– Shared and private tours must be canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.

• Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations not confirmed by A D R TOURISM will be treated as a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

Itinerary

You will start your journey with refreshments in the luxurious lounge of Inside Burj Al Arab, located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, before departing on a buggy to the extraordinary hotel. The buggy will make a strategic stop at the perfect spot to capture those essential photos with the majestic Burj Al Arab as the backdrop. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the hotel's famous atrium, the glamorous Royal Suite, and a selected Experience Suite with interactive technology that allows you to relive the history and original architectural designs that started it all.

The Royal Suite, accessible through its own private elevator, will welcome you with a personal butler. Spread over two floors, the suite features an ostentatious staircase of gold and marble leading to the second floor, where you will find a luxurious reception room, a TV room, a study, an elegant dining room, and bedrooms for him and her. Every detail is imbued with luxury, from the rich fabrics to the exquisite materials and refined design.

The tour also includes an exhibition suite where you can learn about the conceptualization and construction of the Burj Al Arab, with augmented reality iPads showing old and new Dubai. In addition, you will find a gift shop to take home souvenirs of the day. The experience culminates with a snack in the outdoor Uma lounge (if the option is selected).

Note: The Burj Al Arab interior guided tour schedule starts from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm, depending on the available times on the chosen day.
