- All tickets for all attractions are non-refundable.
– Shared and private tours must be canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.

• Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations not confirmed by A D R TOURISM will be treated as a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

Hatta belongs to the Emirate of Dubai. It is surrounded by the rugged Hajar mountains, rich in copper and other metals. It has a good climate, it is fresh and without humidity. Their model of life is rural in the mountains, dedicated mainly to agriculture.
