- All tickets for all attractions are non-refundable.
– Shared and private tours must be canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.

• Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.

At an altitude of 240 meters, the observation deck presents unique 360-degree panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the shimmering waters of the Arabian Gulf against the backdrop of the Dubai skyline.

The View at The Palm is located on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower, which also features a café, a creative exhibition showcasing the development of the island, interactive aquarium-inspired tunnels and a gift shop.

In 2022, this attraction set the bar even higher when it comes to high-altitude experiences, with the opening of The Next Level. At 250 meters high, this private, barrier-free space has claimed the title of the highest vantage point on the Palm Jumeirah.
