– Shared and private tours must be canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.
- For complete programs:
• Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations not confirmed by A D R TOURISM will be treated as a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

Perched atop the Address Sky View Hotel, this architectural marvel features three distinct options for an unforgettable and exciting sightseeing getaway: the Observatory, the Glass Slide, and the Corniche Ride.

Experiences to try at Sky Views Dubai

Taking advantage of the hotel's two twin towers, the observatory offers visitors a ride in a panoramic glass elevator up to the 52nd floor, from where they can reach a spiral staircase that goes up to the next floor to reach a 46-meter-long glass path to the adjacent building that will leave them breathless.

The glass slide, perfect for all ages, captures the joy of childhood in all its glory and offers visitors a spectacular moment inside a transparent tunnel between floors 53 and 52 of the building. Meanwhile, the more adventurous can try a walk on the cornice: a unique experience that makes visitors, equipped with safety harnesses, walk on the cornice that surrounds the highest part of the skyscraper.
