- All tickets for all attractions are non-refundable.
– Shared and private tours must be canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.
- For complete programs:
• Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations not confirmed by A D R TOURISM will be treated as a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.
• Visas once issued will incur a 100% fee.

It is easy to recognize it from a distance; it is the leaning building hanging over the Mall of the Emirates. Surrounded by a cluster of cozy chalets and restaurants, there's nothing quite like skiing while people-watching through the store's windows.

Get to know the Ski Dubai penguins and much more. Play with the penguins, build a snowman, roll down a hill, ride a double sled or explore a snow cave. You can also ride the frozen zip line or take the classic chairlift to the top of the hill, from where you can ski down.
